An oasis, that is, a green area in a desert, complete with date palms. A part of the smallest river in the Baja, it disappears in less than a mile, I’ve read. But dates, date bread, date pie, and other date products are sold in town.
Looks like a small lake, but it’s an oasis in San Ignacio with date palms on the banks.
